This stunning traditional stone built cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, providing a luxurious self catering property in Lundin Links Fife, Scotland.

Sunnybraes is situated in the quiet picturesque village of Lundin Links in Fife,only 15 minute drive from St Andrews. Sunnybraes is also perfectly situated for visiting the unique Fife coastal fishing villages or to enjoy some wonderful walking or cycling locally. Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily accessed by either car or train. Train station is only a few miles away. The Lodge is situated in the garden of the main house, and you have access to the fantastic views overlooking the famous Lundin Links Golf Course, the Fife Coastal Path and the Firth of Forth.

Accommodation comprises of a spacious contemporary open plan living area. A lovely comfortable living room with comfy sofa and chaise lounge to relax into with sumptuous cushions and throws, we have a large flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs supplied, you flow into the dining area with lovely oak table which caters to four with an ample supply of lovely dinner dishes, glasses etc , and a fully fitted kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need. One well appointed double bedroom with a top quality double bed with luxurious egyptian cotton bedding plus lovely fluffy bathrobes. The shower-room which has a superb waterfall shower with a supply of big comfy bath towels and complimentary toiletries

Entering the property via a shared driveway the Lodge has its own private parking area and private garden & patio.

The Living Area has French doors opening onto the private patio, where you can enjoy the beauty of a well maintained garden, & sit out at the bistro table enjoying a meal in the sunshine.

A welcome basket is provided with the essentials to get your holiday started (tea, coffee, milk & biscuits), also a supply of cleaning materials and toilet rolls. You will also find a selection of DVDs, books, games, plus beach towels,umbrellas, hairdryer, iron & board etc.....

We have a great selection of little shops in the village of Lundin Links. An Award Winning Butcher/Baker, Chemist, Hairdresser, Barbers and Newsagent/local supermarket, along with a small Gift & Coffee Shop (Fabulous scones), also a Fantastic Farm Shop/Butcher/Tearoom - All within walking distance. There are also 3 supermarkets (Sainsburys, Aldi & Lidl) only a 8 minute drive away, so you can stock up when you get here.
